Names, bank details, settlement figures — out of the office, onto servers you don't control. I set up AI that runs on a machine in your office: same help, nothing leaves the building, and every answer shows the page it came from.

What a free chat costs a small office

Four problems a private AI solves.

01

Client files leave the building

Every paste or upload sends names, accounts and case details to a service you don't control.

✓The AI runs on your machine; nothing is sent out.

02

Confidentiality you promised

Engagement letters, GDPR and patient-data rules say who may see client data. A free chat isn't on that list.

✓Data stays where your policy says it stays.

03

Answers you can't check

General chatbots sound sure and make things up.

✓Every answer cites the document and page it came from.

04

Hours lost searching

Contracts, procedures and manuals spread across folders and inboxes.

✓Ask in plain words, get the paragraph.

How it works

Same help. Nothing leaves.

  1. 01

Tell me how your office works

What documents you handle, who needs answers, and what must never leave. No files needed for this.

  2. 02

A pilot on your own hardware

I set it up on one machine in your office, loaded with a sample of your documents, and show your team how to use it.

  3. 03

Your team uses it, I keep it running

Updates, new documents, and one person to call. You own the machine and everything on it.

Who sets it up

I'm Oleksii Mykhalchuk.

An engineer who builds private AI that runs on your own hardware — search and answers over dense technical documents, scanned pages and tables — and apps that run AI on the phone itself. I set it up, explain it to your team, and maintain it.

Tell me about your office.
I'll tell you what a pilot looks like.

No obligation. I read every message myself and reply within one working day.

Does any data leave our office?

No. The model and your documents live on a machine you own. You can pull the network cable and it still answers.

Is it as good as ChatGPT?

For summarising, searching and drafting from your own documents, yes — and it shows the page each answer came from. It won't browse the internet, by design.

What hardware do we need?

Usually one capable desktop or small server in the office. I'll tell you exactly what after we talk — often you already have it.

Who maintains it?

I do: updates, new documents, new people. One engineer you can call.
