Monitoring & control dashboards
One screen for the things you currently drive out to check.
There is a product for one site with one function. There is nothing for six sites, four kinds of equipment, and the specific rule that matters to you. That gap is where I work: off-the-shelf hardware where it fits, custom software to make it useful.
This is for you if
- You run several sites, vehicles, vessels or machines and have no single view of them
- You need alerts that go to the right person under conditions only you care about
- You need records an auditor, insurer or inspector will accept
What you get
- ✓ Web dashboard, responsive, works on a phone in a plant room
- ✓ Alerting by the rules that matter to you, to the people who should get them
- ✓ History, logging and exportable records
- ✓ Integration with the devices and gateways you already have
- ✓ Hosting and upkeep under a care plan
What I don't do
- — Ripping out and replacing working equipment
- — PLC or safety system programming
- — Anything a €40 off-the-shelf device already does well — I'll tell you if that's your answer
If your project needs something on this list, I'll say so on the first call and point you to someone who does it.
Proof I can do this
I spent thirteen years being the person who got the call when something on a ship or a factory floor stopped working. I know what a monitoring screen needs to say at three in the morning, because I've been the one reading it.
Heating controller
A closed-loop temperature control node with a local display and a live web interface, running unattended through several heating seasons.

01Free project review
Free · 2 working daysSend me what you want built. You get a price range, a timeline, a technical approach and an honest market check — including whether something off the shelf already does the job.
02Intro call
Free · 30 minYou describe what you have and what you need. I tell you straight whether I'm the right person, and roughly what it costs. No deck, no pitch.
03Blueprint
€1,200 · 1 weekA fixed-price week that removes the unknowns: technical approach, what talks to what, the risks worth worrying about, and a fixed quote for the build. Yours to keep, even if you hire someone else.
04Build
Fixed price, quoted after the reviewFixed scope, fixed price, in phases you can stop between. Code lives in your repository from day one. You see something working every week.
05Care plan
Monthly, agreed up frontThe part most people skip. OS updates, store policy changes, certificate renewals, crash reports, small improvements — and one person who answers the phone when something breaks.
I won't be the cheapest quote you get. If cheapest is what you need, I'll say so on the first call rather than waste your time.
Priced in euro. I invoice as a registered sole proprietor (FOP) in Ukraine, so no VAT is added by me — an EU business client handles it as a normal non-EU supplier invoice.
Tell me what you're trying to do.
Send it over and I'll come back with a price, a plan and an honest market check — free, within two working days. Or book a call if you'd rather talk.
