Send me your project. I'll tell you what it costs — and whether it's worth building.
Send me what you want built. I'll come back with a realistic price range, a timeline, how I'd approach it technically, and an honest look at what already exists on the market — including whether you should buy something off the shelf instead of paying anyone to build it.
What you get back
A real price range
Not “it depends”. A range you can put in front of whoever controls the budget, and what moves it up or down.
A market check
What already exists that does this, what it costs, and where it falls short for your case. Researched properly, not guessed.
How I'd build it
The technical approach in plain language — what talks to what, which parts are off-the-shelf, which need writing.
The risks worth knowing
What usually goes wrong in a project shaped like yours, and what it would cost you if it did.
An honest verdict
Including “don't build this”, if that's the answer. I'd rather lose a project than sell you one you didn't need.
Why it's free
Because it takes me a couple of hours and it tells you more about how I work than any portfolio could. If the answer is that you don't need me, you've lost nothing and I've been useful. If you do, you already know how I think before you've paid anything.
- ✓No charge, and no obligation to do anything with it.
- ✓The review is yours — take it to another developer if you like.
- ✓I won't put you on a mailing list or chase you afterwards.
- ✓Whatever you send me stays between us.
What to send me
Don't write a specification. A few honest paragraphs beats a polished document, and I'll ask if I need more.
- A description of what you want — a paragraph is enough to start
- What you're using now, and what's wrong with it
- Anything physical involved: equipment, devices, sites, photos, a model number
- Any spec, drawing or document you already have
- A deadline, if there is one
Send it over
You'll hear back from me within two working days. If you'd rather just write an email, oleksii@oleksi.dev is fine too.
And if you want to go further
The review is a complete thing in itself. But this is what the rest of the path looks like, so you know before you start.
01Free project review
Free · 2 working daysSend me what you want built. You get a price range, a timeline, a technical approach and an honest market check — including whether something off the shelf already does the job.
02Intro call
Free · 30 minYou describe what you have and what you need. I tell you straight whether I'm the right person, and roughly what it costs. No deck, no pitch.
03Blueprint
€1,200 · 1 weekA fixed-price week that removes the unknowns: technical approach, what talks to what, the risks worth worrying about, and a fixed quote for the build. Yours to keep, even if you hire someone else.
04Build
Fixed price, quoted after the reviewFixed scope, fixed price, in phases you can stop between. Code lives in your repository from day one. You see something working every week.
05Care plan
Monthly, agreed up frontThe part most people skip. OS updates, store policy changes, certificate renewals, crash reports, small improvements — and one person who answers the phone when something breaks.
I won't be the cheapest quote you get. If cheapest is what you need, I'll say so on the first call rather than waste your time.
Priced in euro. I invoice as a registered sole proprietor (FOP) in Ukraine, so no VAT is added by me — an EU business client handles it as a normal non-EU supplier invoice.
